filesea is a search engine. It lists links to files that are publicly available on third-party file hosts such as MediaFire, Mega, Google Drive, Dropbox, Pixeldrain, Yandex Disk, pCloud and the Internet Archive. filesea does not host, upload, store or transmit any of those files. When you follow a link you leave filesea, and the host’s own terms apply.

• Only download files you have the right to download, and follow the law where you live.
• Do not use filesea to find material that is illegal, that exploits anyone, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Do not scrape filesea in bulk, overload it, or try to get around its limits or security.
• Do not submit false copyright notices or false reports.

Links and the information about them (titles, sizes, file types, status) are gathered automatically and may be wrong or out of date. We check links regularly, but a file can disappear or change at any time. Files on third-party hosts are not reviewed by us and may contain malware. filesea is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, filesea and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or of any file you reach through it, including loss of data, damage to devices, or claims by third parties.

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe a link on filesea points to material that infringes your copyright, follow our copyright policy. We remove links in response to valid notices and may block links, sources or hosts that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.

filesea is free to use and is paid for by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties and are labelled. We are not responsible for the products or sites that ads point to.

We may change the site or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use filesea after a change means you accept the new terms.
